The Technical Coordinator Role:
A well-established and respected housebuilder is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their growing team. You will take ownership on typically 3 sites at a time, coordinating both engineering and architectural design information from post-planning through to completion, ensuring smooth project delivery and resolving technical queries as they arise.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working closely with consultants, site teams and commercial colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within house building, ideally working as a Design/Technical Coordinator (or similar) with a housebuilder
  • Competent in coordinating engineering and architectural processes from post-planning through to site completion
  • Good understanding of current Building Regulations, NHBC standards and residential design processes
  • HNC/HND or degree in Construction, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple sites (typically up to 3) at different stages of development
