A major contractor within the Industrial Build Division is expanding and now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a large-scale warehouse development in Solihull.
This is a brilliant chance for an SQS who enjoys autonomy, fast paced build environments and being the commercial "go to" on site.
Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of a major industrial build project

Leading subcontract procurement, tendering and cost control

Managing variations, CVRs, valuations and commercial reporting

Ensuring contractual compliance (JCT ideally, NEC beneficial)

Supporting and mentoring QS/AQS team members

Working closely with operational leads to ensure successful project delivery

Regular site travel, including Lincoln, as part of project responsibilities
Experience & Skills Required
✔ Strong background as a Senior QS on build/industrial/warehouse projects
✔ Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (preferred)
✔ Confident managing full commercial responsibility
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Able to travel to site in Solihull and Lincoln
✔ Forward-thinking, commercially sharp and collaborative
