Are you a hands-on Site Manager with a proven track record in retail refurbishment and fit-out projects? My client is looking for a driven professional to join their growing team and take ownership of high-profile retail schemes across the South East.
As a Site Manager, you'll lead site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage trades, subcontractors, and health & safety, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities on retail refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Manage subcontractors and site labour to meet programme deadlines.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor quality control and report on project progress.
- Solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction programmes and site logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South East.
