The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team based in Hamburg. In this position, your technical expertise will be vital in delivering cutting-edge bridge and transportation structure designs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the structural design of complex pedestrian, cycling, and transport-related bridges through all planning and execution stages

  • Collaborate closely with architects and design partners to shape structural concepts

  • Integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of your design process

  • Share your knowledge and mentor junior team members

  • Contribute to design competitions and innovative concept development

You’ll be part of a multi-location group specializing in bridges and structures, working alongside professionals in fields such as geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, lighting, and construction logistics. Your Profile

  • A degree in civil or structural engineering (M.Eng., M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., or PhD)

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the structural design of bridges or similar large-span constructions

  • Proficiency with SOFiSTiK and other relevant design tools

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in German
