The Opportunity for the Senior Recruitment Consultant
Due to continued exceptional growth, we are currently looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Civils team to help support the supply of white-collar professionals across the Civil Engineering sectors across the UK.
Our team is made up of talented recruitment experts who are specialists within their own fields. They are always willing to offer support and advise across the board and we have a very inclusive and collaborative approach to recruitment.
So if you have experience in White Collar Technical recruitment with a proven track record of billing in excess of £120k per year this could be a great opportunity for you.
Your responsibility in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant will include:
Business to business sales and generating revenue through contract or permanent placements
Delivering agreed growth through the development of existing keys accounts
Winning and developing new key accounts.
Identifying and winning inter-team work within these key accounts where feasible
Account Manage to deliver recruitment services to the above
Responsible for the overall delivery of own financial results through meeting placement targets and demonstrating an understanding of league tables, pricing, margins, client profitability
Driving cross sales / inter-team working
Liaise with the Senior Contracts Administrator to ensure that all the associated requirements for placing both Safety Critical and non-Safety Critical Service Providers are met.
