Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hertfordshire/ Buckinghamshire - Rail/Civils- Outside IR35
Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage two or three projects working in the Rail, Civils, Sub-Stations sector
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Worked on projects from £200k - £20m in value
- Experienced working on NEC3/4 form of contract
- Experience working for Sub-Contractors and Main Contractors
- Rail, Civils and Electrical experience
- Managed Claims, Variations, Change Control and site based commercial management
Rate: £400 - £440 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Hertfordshire/ London
Duration: 12-month contract
This position does offer flexibility and may accept 2 days from home with site/ office travel for the rest of the week.
