We are working with a main contractor who are seeking a Project QS level to work on a major project in the Lower East Midlands
this is a 6 month contract working on the construction of a major project in the Lower East Midlands
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Experience on the management of Sub-Contractors
- Ability to manage change and CEs
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT form of contract
- Ability to work on large projects
- Experience working on schemes such as industrial, and steel frame buildings
Rate: £400 - £425 per day (inclusive)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Lower Leicestershire
