This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyors to work for a reputable contractor on the Yorkshire Water framework.
The company are market leaders and your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to work out of the Wakefield office, covering the Yorkshier water region on clean and wastewater, draiange and groundworks.

- Freelance role
- Outside of IR35
- Working for a reputable company
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC4 contract experience.
- Civil Engineering background - experience working on Civil Engineering projects: heavy civils, highways, water, drainage, groundworks. Water experience is desired but not essential.
- Experience working on site and aware how they operate.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and profit/loss calculations.
