Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis. This is for one of our key clients working on major projects valued up to £180m in value.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the past
- Heavy Civil Engineering experience such as Highways, Drainage and Structures
- NEC3/4 contract experience - Options A-C
- Able to manage Sub-Contractors across multiple different packages
- Able to work on Change Control
- Hardworking and able to hit the ground running
- Able to multi task, be client facing and proactive
Rate: £500 - £550 per day
Location: Milton Keynes/ Buckinghamshire
Duration: 2 year contract
Status: Inside IR35
