Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Buckinghamshire
Engagement: Permanent
Salary: circa £80,000/year dependent on experience plus car allowance (negotiable) discretionary bonus, pension
My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to run their civils projects in Buckinghamshire. They are looking for someone to take full commercial responsibility of several projects totalling around £10million.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful civils contractor who specialise in civils and infrastructure who have won a substantial amount of work on HS2.
They are looking for someone with strong NEC experience and experience working on civils and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Report into the Commercial Director
Manage the commercial success of civils projects
Lead a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in commercial role on civils projects
Experience working on Hs2 preferred but not essential
Major infrastructure experience with strong NEC working knowledge
