Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bedfordshire
Engagement : Permanent
Salary : £75,000 - £80,000/year plus car or car allowance, discretionary bonus
My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bedfordshire and work on their infrastructure projects in the area.
The client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years experience working on similar projects. You will need to be experienced in NEC form of contract and working on projects up to £25million
The company is a very successful regional contractor who have grown their infrastructure division across the area. They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business and quickly develop into a Commercial Manager role.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Report into the Commercial Director
Manage the commercial performance of projects valued up to £20million
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and develop into management role
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 5 years experience working on infrastructure projects
NEC form of contract
Main contractor or subcontractor background
