Job Description: Currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Staffordshire. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our residential projects. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the financial management, cost control, and commercial aspects of our developments are efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage contracts and agreements, including negotiation and settlement of final accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the new build residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques, cost control, and contract management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
