Location: Bristol – Must Be Prepared to Travel
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £350-£400 per day (dependent on experience)
Outside IR35
My client is a much respected, tier one main contractor who specialise across several sectors.
An opportunity has become available for a freelance senior project manager to join the MOD team on an ongoing basis. This role will be working on government projects including defence works.

Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Project Manager Role
- You will be project lead overseeing several sites.
- Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Responsible for programme management including detailed reviews and planning.
- To chair regular client meetings & to take responsibility for the site delivery team and communication.
- To ensure that all company health & safety procedures are met at all times.
Essential Experience for this Freelance Senior Project Manager Role
- Tier One Main Contractor Experience – Essential
- Experience of working on government projects
- Awareness of both NEC 3 & 4
- MUST BE PREPARED TO TRAVEL
Ideal Experience for this Freelance Senior Project Manager Role
- Knowledge of ASTA Power Projects
- Previous Defence Experience Preferred
- Use of CEMAR
