Senior Planner - Construction
Location: Birmingham
Company: Main Contractor / Construction
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

The Opportunity:
My client is widely regarded as one of the best employers in the construction industry, with unrivalled staff retention and a reputation for working on some of the region's most prestigious projects. They work on behalf of public and private sector clients and project values range from £10m to £100m.
Due to an increase workload in their Midlands region, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to work on a mixture of tenders and live projects.
The Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years planning experience with a UK based main contractor.
- Tender & live works experience is essential.
- A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Asta Power project, although other software will be considered.
- Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects including high rise, commercial, education, industrial and leisure.
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to Degree standard.
