SENIOR ENGINEER – SUBSTATION PRIMARY DESIGN HV
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a rapidly growing company within the transmission & distribution sector, who have been successful in winning many major projects within the UK.
Your role as Senior Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality & consistency of the teams output in production and control of drawings and technical documents.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Engineer role:
- Manage production of project deliverables.
- Support CAD techs with development of drawings.
- Work with power sector director to assist during the bid process.
- Support delivery of outputs..
Experience required for this Senior Engineer role:
- Demonstrable design experience on transmission networks.
- Able to operate in a diverse team and work without full time supervision.
- Experience in HV substation design.
- National Grid or SSE experience.
- Must have experience in Dynamic force calcs.
- Experience in developing single line diagrams, plans and elevations for sub station and developing equipment specifications.
- Able to fulfil CDM regs.
Package offered for this Senior Engineer role:
- £45,000 - £65,000 + package (this can me increased for right candidate)
