Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join a contractor delivering a variety of projects across Wales. The ideal candidate will have a mix of project experience, including healthcare and education, and be comfortable managing design packages across multiple sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of design work, work closely with project teams and consultants, and contribute to high-quality project delivery across diverse sectors.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager across one or more sectors, ideally including healthcare and education.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience coordinating with design teams and consultants throughout project stages.

Willingness to travel within Wales as required.
