Job Title – Sales Manager
Location – Remote (with global travel)
Reporting to – Head of Region
This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Sales Manager who is self-motivated to join a rapidly expanding mobile telecommunications company as an integral part of the Sales Team. Working in a hands-on sales environment, the aim will be to secure new business and cultivate strong relationships, building long term, lucrative business-to-business contracts and growing a global market presence.
Your role as Sales Manager will give you the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders & decision makers to influence and drive new business conquests, present to the board and secure new business relations to increase business productivity and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role:
- Driving new business development for telecom cybersecurity software and penetration testing services with mobile network operators (MNOs) and related sectors.
- Being responsible for the Sales budget and Customers assigned to the project portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, customer support, technical experts) to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Engage in strategic and competitive contract negotiations with clients and customers, in view of closing lucrative deals for all parties.
- Detailed reporting of accurate sales forecasts, performance and new business opportunities.
Key Requirements for this Sales Manager role:
- Minimum 5 years in a sales or business development position, specifically in Telecommunications, Networking or related field
- Strong understanding of ethical hacking and penetration testing, particularly on vulnerability and network intrusions, to assist clients in securing their networks through solutions & testing services.
- Ideally you will have experience in selling value-added services in telecommunications or technology.
- Familiar with the end-to-end sales cycles and proven experience with utilising and implementing sales techniques to support the cycle.
- Established network of senior contacts at Tier 1 telecom operators and enterprises across EMEA.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, customers and clients
- CRM-savvy, IT-literate, and comfortable with frequent global travel (must have a valid visa).
