Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor
The company is a well-established Rail Contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail Division. My client would also be interested in speaking to Assistant Quantity Surveyors, looking to take a step up.
The role would be based in South Wales, ideal for candidates based around Cardiff or Bridgend.
This company has offered support to critical infrastructure projects for decades, and pride themselves of building strong relationships with clients & providing excellent service.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Experience of working with NEC/NR/ICE contracts.
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £55,000 per annum
- Competitive benefits package available.
