Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor
- The company is a well-established Tier 1 Main contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail Division.
- The role would be based in South London, ideal for candidates based around central London, Kent or Essex.
- This company are involved in various major infrastructure projects across the UK, and they are known for their great work culture, which puts their staff's wellbeing as a priority.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Report directly into the Commercial Manager regarding all commercial aspects of the project
- Help support the development of more junior team members such as Graduate & Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- At least 3 years post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience in the Rail sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £55,000 per annum
- Car Allowance, bonus scheme, holidays, pensions, health and wellbeing care etc.
- Hybrid/flexible working is available
