Quantity Surveyor needed to work on Anglian Water framework closing out AMP7 works covering final accounting and compensation events. Its initially low value high volume frameworks working on Option C&E initially.
There is potential to work on AMP8 framework come the end of September which will then change onto Option A&E.
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Rate of Pay: Umbrella PAYE
Start Dates: ASAP
End: 6 – 12 months
Site Address: Lincoln
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hour week, 8am – 5pm general hours
Hybrid working: Tend to do 2 day a week in the office and there is ad hoc travel to site
Qualifications Requirement
• White CSCS card
• EUSR clean water (Desirable)
• Relevant Professional / Academic Qualification
• Previous experience working on NEC contracts
• Full UK driving licence
