This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor that provide a comprehensive range of telecommunication infrastructure services.
In your role as Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial success of projects as well as promoting and delivering a collaborative environment with both the client and throughout the management of the subcontract and supply chain account.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Undertake site visits to administer the contract in line with the progress of works
- Obtain and execute any forms, reports or clearances required and resolve any outstanding issues
- Monitor and report on the performance of the contract in terms of programme, cost and key events
- Perform all duties in a collaborative manner with both client and subcontractors
- Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of changes to the budget
- Production of reports including but not limited to; cost value, value analysis, subcontractor applications and payments
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- 5 years + experience
- Bid, legal and contractual knowledge
- Industry experience and/or experience of a senior commercial role
- Good data interrogation skills
- BSc in quantity surveying or similar commercial related course
- Valid UK Driving Licence
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £50k p/a
- £4.8k car allowance
