My client is a leading international service provider to the energy industry, who is coming to the end of a project and need an experienced freelance QS or SQS to assist with some short-term work (6 weeks) on a part time basis (any 3 days). They are looking for someone to interview and start asap.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects, considering materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, and evaluate tenders from contractors.
- Manage contracts, including negotiation and administration of changes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
