This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, growing company working on fibre projects across the North of England.
The company is a market leader in the fibre telecoms sector. Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for working with the delivery teams and supporting the commercial side of telecoms projects and installing super-fast broadband to homes and businesses all across the UK.
This is a hybrid working role based in Washington.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Liaising with project delivery team and seniors
- Cost management, PNL, Forecasting
- Working with stakeholders, and sub-contractors, attending and holding meetings
- Provide commercial support
- Provide reports and risks assessments
- Data Management
- Negotiating with Stakeholders
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Experience with NEC3 contracts
- Telecoms/Utilities experience
- Cost management and budgeting
- Numerical and analytical skills
