Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Engagement: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 /year plus car and package
My client is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to run their utility projects in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for someone to take full commercial responsibility of projects from start through to final accounts.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful main contractor who specialise in utilities and have offices nationwide.
They have recently won multiple projects in Cambridgeshire and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to add to the team there.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Report into the Commercial Manager
Manage the commercial success of utility projects
Mentor assistant quantity surveyor
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in commercial role
Main contractor background preferred but not essential
NEC working knowledge
