Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Major Tier 1 contractor and work on an a UK renowned Renewable project in the south east of England.
The company is an award-winning Tier 1 contractor who are market leaders in their field of the Transmission, Distribution & Renewables sector. Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for looking after and managing the subcontractors on the job.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Site Based 3 days a week
- Undertaking cost & change reports on a Bespoke contract.
- Overseeing civil packages on the sight as well as HV packages over the course of the project.
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Claims and dispute experience as PC negotiating with sub contractors.
- Bespoke contract experience working on a number of different bespoke written contracts for different clients
- Site based experience understanding the day to day on site and being able report back to the commercial manager.
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £450 - £550 OUTSIDE IR35
