Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well known contractor working on a large water infrastructure programme based in the Yorkshire Region.
The company is a well established contractor who working for a number of clients within the Utilities and Highways sector . Your role as Quantity Surveyor you will be joining the commercial team. As a Quantity Surveyor you will work with the delivery team, providing support to both the delivery management and on-site delivery teams. My client will also look at strong Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Work closely with other members of the Commercial team
- Costing
- Reporting
- Forecasting
- Monthly meetings
- Client facing
- Working with the NEC contract
- Dealing with change
- This role is mainly remote with site visits as and when required
- My client will also consider Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally water/utilities experience but not essential
- NEC experience
- Strong communication skills are required
- Full UK driving licence
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Basic salary of up to £45,000
