Project Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on an exciting rail station redevelopment project worth £150M in total.

Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- Providing support to Commercial Manager/Senior Commercial Manager
- Leading and developing the efficient and effective management and issue of accurate, timely and compliant notices and correspondence
- Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Project Director/Manager
- Preparing monthly progress valuations and claims for work completed within deadlines
Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- Extensive post-graduate commercial experience in the infrastructure industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
- Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
- Practical approach, logical thought process and a methodical way of working
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
Package offered for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- £45,000- £60,000 (DOE
- Car/ car allowance worth over £5,000, employer pension contribution up to 10%, life insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
