Join a Global Aviation Team
You’ll become part of an experienced and collaborative international team specializing in the planning, design, and maintenance of airside infrastructure for airports across the world. Our aviation specialists work together across multiple disciplines, taking projects from concept to completion — from strategic master planning through detailed design and construction supervision.
The team’s expertise spans airport master planning, geometric and pavement design, AGL systems, tender documentation, and asset maintenance. Our work reaches from the Arctic to the tropics, with projects throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support aviation engineering and planning projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams from design to delivery.

Prepare technical reports, studies, and project documentation.

Manage project teams and coordinate airside design activities.

Identify and engage potential clients to expand business opportunities.

Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.

Oversee proposal and bid preparation, ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements.

Maintain and utilize CRM systems for client and project tracking.

Mentor and provide feedback to team members to promote excellence and professional growth.

Act as a role model and contribute to the team’s technical and commercial development.
About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of experience in the aviation sector, preferably in airport engineering or operations.

Strong background in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement.

A well-established professional network within the global aviation industry, particularly among airports and concessionaires.

Proven ability to lead proposals and manage both client and internal approval processes.

Proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel internationally.

Working knowledge of ICAO and EASA standards is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are an asset.
