Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

My client is an award-winning contractor who are seeking a Project Manager to join their Midlands region, the ideal candidate will be well placed for Solihull.
They are a highly successful, established, cash rich contractors and have a strong reputation as a great employer who work on New Build Industrial and Commercial projects valued from £10 million to £90 million.
Experience working on Industrial schemes would be desirable for this position but not essential and the successful candidate will have delivered projects of circa £20m in value.

Key Requirements:
- An experienced Project Manager
- Delivered schemes from inception to completion as a number 1
- Main contractor background
- Ideally worked on Industrial projects
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual, able to think on your feet.
- Degree or HND in a relevant subject or Trades background
- Full UK Driving License
- A stable track record of employment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Applicants will ideally have experience of managing all aspects of the build process as well as up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- SMSTS and CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong team leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead
- Proven Longevity with Previous Employers
