Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Etobicoke, ON for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, budgeting, construction project management, construction management, and project management.


Qualifications

- Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
- Budgeting and Construction Management skills
- Experience in project management
- Ability to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field
- PMP certification is a plus
