Job Title: Project Developer
Location: Berlin

- Real Estate and Building Construction
- Expertise includes project development, property management, workspace, construction, fit out, investment consultation
Role Information and Requirements:
- Experience with office builds and office spaces is desired
- Commercial experience can also be advantageous
- You will be the face of the project, ensuring a successful completion
- Fluent English and Fluent German are essential
- Budgets, consulting and controlling from the financial aspect
- Leadership skills needed
- From the concept phase through the construction phase to handover to property management after completion
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV as well as good knowledge of MS Project
