Project Planner - Construction

Salary: Up to £65,000

The Opportunity:

Due to a number of recent contract awards, a leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Project Planner to join their Midlands team. This company has a full order book and has secured a number of large projects with public and private sector clients that will keep them busy for the next 3-5 years. Their portfolio includes a varied range of projects valued between £10m and £80m, including education, healthcare, commercial, residential and industrial schemes.

What will they consider?
An experienced Assistant Planner looking for a step up to Project Planner.
An established Planner that is looking for a fresh challenge.

The Key Requirements:

- Main contracting background within building/construction sector.
- A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject software.
- Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects (commercial, education, health, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.
