Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with purchasers professionally and promptly.
- Follow up on leads via email, telephone, and online platforms.
- Maintain the Marketing Suite and Show Homes to high standards.
- Monitor and update the development website and Rightmove.
- Collaborate with local Estate Agents to attract leads.
- Research local amenities and maintain knowledge.
- Support the sales process and identify opportunities to enhance revenues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in New Build Sales is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the local area.
