We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of fast-track retail fit-out projects across the UK.

You'll be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are upheld in a live retail environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Site Manager:

- Manage day-to-day site activities on fast-track retail fit-outs
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and site presentation
- Maintain quality control and adherence to drawings/specifications
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and store teams
- Handle snagging, handover, and site close-down efficiently

Requirements for this Freelance Site Manager:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects (rollouts, refreshes, rebrands, new stores)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tight programmes
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work nationwide
