Freelance Project Manager

Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £350 per day (Dependent on experience)
My client is a successful & well respected contractor who specialise in Student Accommodation
Due to another successful tender win, they are now looking for a (site based) freelance project manager to join their busy team in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity and could lead to ongoing work for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Project Manager Role
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Prepare a relevant programme of works that is adhered to and reflects changes & progress on site.
- To chair regular client meetings & to take responsibility for the site team and communication.
- To ensure that all company health & safety procedures are met.
Key Experience for this Freelance Project Manager Role
- Track record in Student Accommodation projects
- Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
- Knowledge and experience with appropriate software - Microsoft Project etc
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
