Finishing Foreman | Dublin

We are hiring on behalf of our client an established main contractor who are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman mixed residential development located in Dublin City Centre. By joining this esteemed contractor, you can expect long-term work security and the opportunity to collaborate with one of the largest contractors in Ireland.

Key responsibilities for this Finishing Foreman role:

• Verify that all work is done in accordance with the established safety guidelines.
• Attend all relevant site meetings.
• Quality assurance inspections
• Help with equipment control on-site.
• Finish internal construction to a high quality.
• Managing labour + sub-contractors.
• Working Closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Overseeing all designated work
• Ensuring best H&S best practises are being followed.

Experience required for this Finishing Foreman role:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Trade/Construction qualification ideally from a carpentry background.
• Valid Safe Pass
• Eligible to work in Ireland

Salary for this Finishing Foreman role is between €55,000 - €70,000 DOE

(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, plus further additional benefits
