Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance/company car
The Opportunity
Due to a number of new, upcoming projects, causing an increase in workload, this established, main contractor is looking to appoint a Design Manager for their construction division.
The successful Design Manager will work predominantly in the office with site visits as and when required.
Key requirements for the Design Manager role:
- Main contractor background within Design Management.
- Ideal backgrounds - site management/engineering, cladding/curtail wall, civil structural or Architectural.
- Exposure to a range of construction projects (commercial,education,healthcare)
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D)
- Driving licence is essential.
