My client is a well established contractor who specialise in small works and refurbishment projects across the education framework. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced contracts manager to oversee multiple projects.
As a contracts manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of several projects at any given time. You will work closely with clients, site manager, subcontractors and the commercial team.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of several fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and the commercial team.
Responsibilities
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
Programme planning and progress reporting
Managing budgets, variations, and cost control.
Experience
Proven experience as a contracts manager with small works/refurbishment experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes and contracts
Excellent organisation and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple fast past projects
