Our wonderful client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Object Supervision) TGA to join their Dusseldorf office.
Key responsibilities for this Construction Manager TGA role:
- Experience with execution, specifically object monitoring of projects in phase 8 of the HOAI
- Handling reports and invoices
- Coordination of planners and others involved
Experience required for this Construction Manager TGA position:
- Technical training as either a civil engineer or an architect
- A minimum of 5 years experience, ideally some experience involving Public Buildings
- Knowledge of the VOB
- German is essential, and English beneficial
