Key responsibilities for this CDM / SHE Advisor role:
· Supporting the SHE Manager in the development and maintenance of the safety management system in line with the needs of the business and the client.
· Actively promoting and providing informed advice on relevant safety, health, wellbeing, and environmental topics.
· Ensuring all accidents, incidents and near misses are effectively investigated, contributing to incident review boards as required.
· Ensure CDM regulations are in place and followed across multiple projects.
· Working closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their CDM / SHE responsibilities
Experience required for this CDM / SHE Advisor role:
· Hold NEBOSH/IOSH and SMSTS
· Strong knowledge of CDM / SHE regulations
· Knowledge of the design process
· Experience in the water sector
