Bid - Coordinator


I have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Co-ordinator to join a leading company who provide end to end engineering solutions and services to the rail industry.


Please note - for this role, this is a permanent role, based in the UK however working on projects based in Spain therefore, being fluent in English and Spanish is essential.


Location: Stratford

Key responsibilities for this Bid Co-ordinator role:


- Collating and compiling bids for the Spain projects
- Assisting in quoting, tendering and selling bespoke product packages to new and existing business.
- Sourcing 3rd party pricing from suppliers
- Assisting with UK bids when required
- Project mobilisation - securing supplies and services in Spain
- Ad-hoc administration duties to support the Executive team
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media content
- Acting as first point of contact for the business, with responsibility of correspondence and telephone calls.

Experience required for this Bid Co-ordinator role:


- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience of bid management, bid administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
