Freelance Assistant Site Manager
Location: Near Rutland Water – Leicestershire
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £250 per day (Dependent on experience)
My client is a leading main contractor who hold an excellent reputation in the industry.
Due to another successful tender win, they are now looking for two assistant site managers near Rutland Water in the East Midlands.
The freelance assistant site managers would be working on a refurbishment and fit out of a building providing accommodation.
This is a fantastic opportunity and could lead to ongoing work for the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Assistant Site Manager Role
- Ensuring Health & Safety Standards are met at all times.
- Site Inductions
- Assisting the site manager with the day to day management of the site
Key Experience for this Freelance Assistant Site Manager Role
- Must have SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- Ideally from a main contractor background
- Previous Experience in an assistant site manager role
