Site Administrator

Job Description

An experienced Site Administrator is required for one of Ireland’s leading main contractors.

They are on the lookout for a site admin who has a strong construction background to cover two sites based in Tallaght and Leixlip.

This is a site based role and will require travel to and from sites with occasional visits to the head office when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as general office admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager
  • Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.)
  • Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.
  • Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements
  • Monitoring the design approvals process, ensuring notifications are sent to the relevant parties.

Key Requirements

  • Previous Site Admin experience is essential.
  • Full Drivers License
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a Construction Admin role
  • Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Experience with Pro Arc, Fusion or COIN’s preferred but not essential

The salary for this role is between €38,000 - €45,000 DOE

(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
