Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Someone currently operating as a SQS with circa 10+ years' experience
- Residential (tower, RC frame and apartments) experience would be essential for this role
- Experience in managing multi-phase construction budgets c. £20M+
- Strong trade contractor procurement experience and management of construction contracts
Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
- Budget preparation
- Feedback on tendered costs and actual costs
- Lead, plan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work on the Development
- Ensuring timely notification of contractual notices
Salary: up to £85,000 dependent upon experience, plus car/ allowance and further additional benefits to be discussed.
The ideal candidate will be located within a 1-hour commute of Birmingham.
