Our client is seeking a Planner to work on a part time basis around Swindon and Chippenham, this position is working as a standalone Planner on two projects on a long-term contract
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner previously
- Proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject
- Worked on projects up to £50m in value
- Able to produce detailed plans from first principles
- Project experience including leisure, student accommodation and industrial
Rate: £400 per day (outside IR35)
Location: Swindon/ Chippenham
Duration: 12 months
