Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor
to join a Sub contractor and work on exciting Surfacing and Trunk Road Maintenance Projects In the North of Scotland (Inverness or Aberdeen).
The company is an award-winning Sub contractor who are market leaders in Trunk Road Maintenance and surfacing.
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for looking after all commercial aspects of the projects from budgets to cost checking.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Liaise with clients
- Check appliances
- Attend internal meetings
- Negotiate with external parties
- Monitor costs and expenditure
- Site to site measurements
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Previous QS experience.
- Degree qualified.
- Experience in NEC Forms of Contract
- Roads and highways Knowledge
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £250-300 Per day
- Site visits essential
- Lodging Available for the right candidate
