Works Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Engagement : Permanent
Salary : £60,000 + £5k car allowance or company car, 15-20% bonus, pension contribution
Our client, who is a very successful national civils contractor, is looking for an experienced Works Manager to join their team in Buckinghamshire. Works Manager will be overseeing structures and earthworks projects on a HS2 site.
The client is looking for someone with proven experience in a Works Manager position within construction/civil engineering. Your experience will need to include projects valued at £10mil and above.
The company is a highly successful main contractor with an impressive workbook who are looking for a competent Works Manager to join the team and develop within the role.
Key responsibilities for this Works Manager role:
Manage team on structures and earthworks packages
Maintain company standards of quality and safety
Report into Project Manager
Experience required for this Works Manager role:
Experience working on structures/highways/heavy civils projects
5 years experience as Works Manager on projects valued above £10mil
Experience working for main contractors
