Warranty Administrator

Job Description

Our client is the General Contracting arm of a Tier 1 Residential Developer based out of the GTA. Primarily focusing on Multi-Family Residential developments this organization has a proven track record of delivering top tier projects for almost 100 years.

They are looking to add an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in Toronto. This role will be based out of the head office located in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities for this Warranty Administrator:

  • Coordinating and conduct pre-delivery presentations with home purchasers in compliance with the Tarion new home warranty program and Ontario Building code
  • Responding to the needs of the purchasers throughout the different phases of their new home buying experience
  • When not conducting QA'S or PDI'S must assist customer service with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, etc.


Experience Required for this Warranty Administrator:

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • 2-5 Years' experience in Residential Construction
  • Knowledge of Tarion (new home warranty act) and OBC


Package offered for this Warranty Administrator:

  • Up to $100,000 Annual Salary COE
  • Full Benefits Package
