This is an excellent opportunity to join the Midlands region on one of the UK's leading house builders. Reporting to the Technical Director you will be required to oversee all technical matters for up to 3 sites ranging from 100-400 units.
Applications will be considered from experienced Technical Coordinators looking for the next step in their career or seasoned Technical Managers seeking a fresh challenge.
To be considered for this position:
- Previous experience as a Technical Manager or Coordinator in the house building sector.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering disciplines.
- A good communicator that can work autonomously or as part of a team.
- A team player, with a proactive approach to value engineering and problem solving.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant qualification.
