The Technical Coordinator Role:

As a Technical Coordinator you will help the Technical Manager in setting, monitoring and delivering targets as well as producing accurate and timely reports for the business and staff development. You will be working for a well respected and established developer on projects in and around the Tamworth area. You will be reporting directly into the Technical Manager and ensure the company carries out its contractual responsibilities for coordination of construction details and managing the flow of design information. You will also liaise with and advise other departments on technical matters to provide back-up and information flow.

To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:

  • Worked as a Technical Coordinator (or equivalent) and worked on house building projects
  • Knowledge of Engineering and Architectural processes within housing
  • Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
